Hyponephele lycaon (Kuhn, 1774) - Dusky Meadow Brown.

Range: Europe, Asia Minor,the forest-steppe and southern forest zones of Asia east to Transbaikalia and E Mongolia.

ssp.: catamelas (Staudinger, 1886); range: Ural and Siberia.

A copulating pair, wings closed.
