Dahurian Birch (Betula davurica Pall.) ranges in E Asia westwards to the very eastern Transbaikalia. It usually participates in broad-leaved forests, in Transbaikalia forms pure grows in the vallies of the Argun' River and lower reaches of its main tributaries.
